Siri Arnesen's Lesson Ideas

Lesson Idea #1: For a science class, technology such as a television or computer could provide an opportunity to see professionals perform live dissections (minor operations, such as a squid) to provide demonstration of how a dissection works. The students would be able to visualize what needs to happen from a professional demonstrating.

Lesson Idea #2: For an art class, students could use the computer and the internet to explore art through virtual museums. They could see online pictures and virtual tours of historic cities along with actual museums and art pieces.

Lesson Idea #3: For a math class students could play different math activities online to enhance their math abilities and concepts.

Yes, you could have a professional demonstrate on TV or on a website. You might want to explore some websites to see if you can find the materials. Also will you let students have hands-on activities also? Good ideas, Siri.
